For same-day service, book before 11 AM Monday–Saturday and we'll have a runner assigned within the hour. Standard bookings can be scheduled for any time slot during our operating hours (7 AM–8 PM Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM Sun). Most errands are completed within 2–4 hours of assignment.
Yes, absolutely. Every SF Errand Runner undergoes a comprehensive background check before their first assignment. We also verify identity, driving record (for errands requiring a vehicle), and collect references. Your safety and trust are our top priorities.
For shopping errands, we use a secure pre-authorization on your card for the estimated amount. After the errand, we charge the exact total plus our service fee. You'll receive an itemized receipt with photos of all purchases. We never mark up grocery prices.
We serve all San Francisco neighborhoods plus South San Francisco, Daly City, Colma, and Brisbane. We're actively expanding — if you're just outside our current zone, contact us and we may be able to accommodate you or add you to our expansion waitlist.
Yes! With our Monthly Bundle and Concierge Plan, you can request a preferred runner. Many of our clients build a great rapport with their regular runner who learns their preferences over time. For single errands, we assign the nearest available vetted runner.
We stand behind every errand with our satisfaction guarantee. If a runner makes an error — wrong item, missed stop, damaged goods — we'll either redo the errand at no charge or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 24 hours of completion.
Yes. For prescription pickups, we'll need your name, date of birth, and the pharmacy's address. We verify your identity with the pharmacist using your information. Note: we cannot pick up controlled substances (Schedule II) without additional authorization.
There's no minimum order size. Whether it's a single prescription or a full week's groceries, our flat service fee applies. The only variable is mileage — trips over 10 miles incur a small additional fee of $0.50/mile.
